Founded in 2018 in Mumbai, Mamta Jadhav Label explores a simple idea that Indian wear can be lightweight, modern, and effortless, without losing its cultural depth.

Every silhouette is cut, finished, and brought to life with love in our Mumbai studio, ensuring quality, intention, and intimacy in every piece. 

Our approach is slow, intentional, and rooted in ease. We design clothing that travels well, moves naturally, and feels considered perfect for intimate celebrations, destination weddings, and the quieter moments in between.

What began with our first showcase at Vikram Phadnis’ KRASA boutique in Juhu has grown into a design language built around comfort, clarity, and contemporary Indian resort wear.

ABOUT THE DESIGNER

Mamta Jadhav studied at National Institute of Fashion, Mumbai and London College of Fashion, London grounding her work in a balance of global perspective and Indian craftsmanship.

Her design practice centres around lightweight textiles, hand-led processes, and quiet, thoughtful details. She designs with real movement in mind for clothing that allows you to breathe, sit, walk, travel, and celebrate without ever feeling weighed down. For her, design is not about excess; it is about intention, ease, and the feeling a piece leaves behind.
