Payments and Delivery
Payment Terms:
- We confirm orders only when the full payment is made in advance. Part/advance payments are applicable on selective orders only.
- For part payments, the orders won’t be processed into delivery until the full amount is paid within the mentioned date. If there is a delay, the order stands to be put on hold or cancelled.
- Advance payments made by the clients are non-refundable.
- The company is not responsible for any loss or damage arising during availing the payments for any reason.
- As an International Recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs or local sales taxes levied by the country you are in. If any additional charges are demanded by the customs or duties by any local authority / Government ( Out of India). The customs charges have to be borne by the client.
Shipping and Delivery Terms:
- We provide free shipping services PAN India for our ready-to-wear outfits.
- For Customised orders:-
Free Shipping within Mumbai (Bombay). Delivery time 2 working days
Shipping within India charges Rs.1000. Delivery time 3-5working days
Shipping internationally charges Rs.3500. Delivery time 7-8 working days
Disclaimer: The delivery time and the shipping charges will vary from outfit to outfit and country to country. No Cash on Delivery available for domestic or international orders.
- Product delivery details will be shared by the company to the customer on email / message with in 1- 2 days of the dispatch date given, with expected delivery date and the consignment number for tracking purpose.
- If in case the shipping address provided by customer is incorrect due to which we are unable to deliver to you, the company will attempt one more delivery of the product after taking the correct address from the customer. However, the customer will have to bare extra shipping charges.
- If the product delivery delays from the company’s side, the company shall update the new dispatch details to the clients.
